When can I expect my order to be delivered?
We ship orders out of our store within 48 hours via USPS First Class Mail from South Louisiana, the Cajun Prairie, to throughout the U.S. only. We know you are excited to give and/or receive the items you've selected, and we promise to pack those up for you and get them in transit right away. We also know the USPS and many delivery methods have experienced delays. Additionally, as of October 1, 2021, USPS has announced to expect further delays over the next three months and increased their pricing by 30% during that period. Please know we are doing our part with joy and mindfulness to get your order where you want it to go!

At this time we only ship throughout the United States.
Do you offer faster delivery options?
If you need an order to be expedited, email us at email@example.com with the particulars [the item(s) and the delivery address] and we can quote you a rate for faster delivery options.
My order includes gifts I want to ship to multiple addresses. Will I be able to do a single checkout and still accomplish that?
Yes, in your “Cart,” when you check “This item is a gift” a fillable box appears that allows you to input a custom gift message and to provide the shipping address for that item. If your order includes items shipping to more than one address, please search for "Gift Shipping" and add one ($4.99) for each additional address.
"Only one 'Gift Shipping' may be applied toward earning Free Shipping." What does that mean?
We offer a Flat Rate of $6.50 on orders up to $69.99. Orders over $69.99 may qualify for free shipping. As explained here in our Shipping Policy, the flat and free rates only apply to a single address. However, we’ve created a “Gift Shipping” product of $4.99 that you can add to your order if you’d like us to take care of sending gift items to the recipient directly on your behalf (rather than have multiple checkouts). We will count one $4.99 Gift Shipping product to go towards you earning Free Shipping. A separate order should be made for orders that go beyond two addresses. See more here.
What is your jewelry made of?
Each product description indicates its composition. However, unless it is labeled or stamped as Sterling Silver .925, our fashion jewelry is a base metal alloy plated in gold or silver. Other natural stones and materials are indicated in each product’s description as well.
As with any jewelry, lotions, oils from our body, perfumes and cosmetics can affect your jewelry’s brilliance, shine and finish. To help extend the life of your fashion pieces, put your jewelry on last in the morning and take it off first when you are getting comfortable at home. Wipe it gently with a cloth. Your fashion jewelry will last much longer, as well, if it is not worn everyday. If it is your new favorite and trending piece at the time, wear it as you like. Just be aware that such extended use and wear will cause it to dull much faster.
The item I want is out of stock. Will you be getting anymore in?
We sure hope so! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what item you were interested in that is out of stock. We’ll let you know if we have more coming and when they may be expected, or we may be able to help you find an alternative among our in stock items that you haven’t seen yet.
How do I cancel my order?
Email us within 2 hours of the time you submitted your order at email@example.com with your order # and “CANCEL” in the subject line. We will communicate with you about the status of your order and cancellation.
How do I add something to my order?
Email us within 2 hours of the time you submitted your order at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and “PLEASE ADD” in the subject line. We will communicate with you how we can best help you make any changes. Read more here.
What if there is a problem with my order after it’s received?
Don’t fret! Reach out to us as soon as possible so we can help you out! If you need to return a product, you can begin the return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Just email us at email@example.com to prior to returning an item, and we will help you through the process.
An item being returned must be unworn, in new condition and in its original packaging. Read more here.
What if one of my items is damaged?
We take great care in packaging most items so they are gift-presentation-ready. However, we understand that defects can still happen. Contact us as soon as possible by email with your order # and photos of the damaged item. We’ll communicate with you on how we can fix the situation for you.
