Once you’ve added to your cart the style you’d like us to customize for you, in the NOTES box on the checkout page, please provide us with the following according to the design you’ve chosen:
If you’ve chosen a “Couple” design:
Please tell us the SURNAME and then the names of the 2 individuals indicating which is King and which is Queen.
If you’ve chosen one of the “Individual” designs (Queen only or King only):
Please tell us the name that should go below the crown. For the “Queen Name” at the top, please tell us the official title. For example, many Krewes give their queen a name that is passed down like Queen Ariana LIX. If no specific title is listed, we’ll simply title it “Queen.”
*Personalized orders are non-refundable. Additionally, orders printed with information incorrectly provided do not qualify for any kind of return, exchange or refund. We will happily reprint your order with corrected information that you provide in writing at a discount price for you. We are human, too; so if misprints are our error, we will reprint them at no cost to you.
