These “rolled tacos” can also be found on menus as “flautas.” They are delicious and made even more so when you’ve made them yourself and shared with family or friends! These can be made with beef or pork, but I prefer chicken. I especially love to eat mine with cool and fresh toppings. The slaw with lime juice adds a crisp and tangy flavor. Enjoy!
